The Concert Classical is at the cutting edge of development for the guitar world.
It combines the latest developments in sound board technology with the look and appeal of a Modern Classic Guitar - with several subtle differences.

The sound board is a light Lattice braced membrane , supported on a stiffening rim attached to the sides. The rim reduces energy loss due to flexural movement of the body and provides a stronger edge attachment for the sound board.
The lightness of the sound board is more easily excited by the vibrational energy of the strings. This gives the player more volume and the ability to drive the guitar from piano to fortissimo.

The neck is constructed with a positive angle, i.e. the nut is above the plane of the body. This has the strings pulling gently up on the sound board rather than along it, greatly improving the flow of movement and torsional energy to the sound board.

Finally this guitar has an Arched Back and Sides constructed from Select Rosewood. The arched back provides better projection.

This guitar has ample volume for all areas of music yet has a sweetness of tone experienced in the finest of "Spanish" guitars.

The guitar is flawlessly finished with nitrocellulose lacquer and polished to a brilliant gloss.
The sound board is coated with just two coats of matt lacquer.
